Dakota BUSINESS Finance and Josh Hofer of First Dakota National Bank in Sioux Falls assisted Sioux Corporation with an SBA 504 loan to purchase new equipment.


First Dakota National Bank lender, Josh Hofer, and Dakota BUSINESS Finance assisted Betz Blinds with an SBA 504 loan to purchase and renovate a building in Sioux Falls.


Michael Murdy of Black Hills Federal Credit Union worked with Dakota BUSINESS Finance to secure an SBA 504 loan to assist Wayne Krump and Joleen Hansen with the purchase of The Gas Barrel. SEDF provided a loan to assist with the business expenses that were not eligible under the SBA 504 loan program.


Dakota BUSINESS Finance worked with Tanner Kost of Dakota Prairie Bank in Fort Pierre to assist Cody and Lila Briggs with an SBA 504 loan to expand the River View RV Park.


Dakota BUSINESS Finance worked with Jay Mitchell of Great Western Bank to assist North American Wholesale Florist with an SBA 504 loan for the refinancing of existing debt on its building. As a part of this cash out refinancing, NAWF was able to use the cash out funds for eligible business expenses over the next 18 months.  During the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is so important for businesses to be able to access existing equity in their buildings by refinancing through the SBA 504 loan program.
