Dakota BUSINESS Finance assisted Greg and Katie Jones with the purchase of land and construction of an additional event facility to expand its current offerings at the Meadow Barn at Country Orchard. The new venue will be called The Veranda.


Paula Brown of Cortrust Bank partnered with Dakota BUSINESS Finance to help Hartford Building Center refinance a real estate debt and expand the current location with a 6,360 square foot addition. The South Eastern Development Foundation also participated in the project by providing funds to purchase inventory for the new addition.


Northwest Bank lender Brent Plantage worked with Dakota BUSINESS Finance to assist Tires, Tires, Tires, Inc. with the purchase of land at Lake Lorraine in Sioux Falls, for a second Tires Tires Tires location in the city as well as with the purchase of equipment for the new facility.
